  1. I strongly disagree with Vladimir Kush about art having no importance whatever to society. He is clearly oblivious to or ignorant of the multitude of social functions and communal aspects of art, let alone the social influences as well as art being one of the most important contributors to and indicators of cultural capitals. So, I have to refrain from clicking the “Like” button here.

    • It is important to society but it is more important to the individual artist himself. I do agree with your comment 100% on art being one of the most important contributors to and indicators of cultural capitals. Choosing a quote for this beautiful work of art was tuff . I wanted to relay it back to music in some way some form. There were only 2 quotes I had to choose from and the second one was, “Existence is a series of footnotes to a vast, obscure, unfinished, masterpiece”-Kush. Art itself is important and contributes to society, but it is mostly important to the artist himself, even if society does not approve of it.
